Ideal for booklets, self-mailers and other projects, saddle stitching is an economical binding solution that gives products a clean, classic appearance. Saddle stitching also allows for plenty of design possibilities, including die-cut covers, foldouts, pockets, mixed stocks, short sheets and perfed reply cards.
High-Quality and Efficient Saddle Stitching Solutions
Our Muller Martini saddle stitching system automatically gathers, stitches and trims on three sides, allowing us to efficiently produce your saddle stitched products with the high quality you've come to expect from Seidl's Bindery. This high-speed system has helped us drastically improve turnaround times on both short- and long-run projects. In fact, during the first two weeks the machine was running, we were able to produce more than six million books!
Plenty of Design and Format Possibilities
Projects with "unusual" design or format needs aren't a problem for Seidl's Bindery. Oblong layouts, two- and three-up book formats, inline punching and loop stitching give you plenty of flexibility when planning stitched projects such as calendars, brochures and direct mail pieces.
